Registration includes breaks, lunch on Wednesday, access to sponsor exhibits, and conference materials.

Participants are responsible for lunch on Thursday.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation refunds will be made according to the following schedule based on the number of calendar days requested prior to the start date of the conference (October 16, 2024):

• 21 days: Full refund
• 14-20 days: 75% refund
• 7-13 days: 50% refund
• 1-6 days: No refund
